Misplaced or not received your ballot paper?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve misplaced or not received your ballot paper as your vote is very important to the outcome of the Jewellery Quarter BID. To request a duplicate ballot paper you will need to send a letter, using the template provided, to the Electoral Reform Society (ERS) on/or asap after Tuesday 15th May.
You will also need to provide one of the following documents for identity evidence:
- signed original letter heading for your business
- signed photocopy of a national non-domestic rating bill
- signed photocopy of an item of personal ID, such as passport or driving licence
The signed letter along with the identity evidence required needs to be sent to ERS by Guaranteed Next Day delivery service on Tuesday 15th May at the earliest. Requesting a ballot paper before this date will invalidate the request.
Please date the letter as the 15th May or afterwards. Letters dated before the 15th will be invalid.
Please note that if you find the original ballot paper once you have requested a duplicate, you can only use one or the other as completing and dispatching two ballot papers will invalidate your vote.
